The plan
8 weeks, sequenced
A suggested route through the syllabus. Move faster if you can; the material doesn't expire mid-course.
Weeks 1–2
Instrumentation and how the system actually works, closed out with its own mock.
Weeks 3–4
Radio aids, approaches and holding, mocked before you write.
Weeks 5–6
IFR Air Law, Meteorology and Flight Planning, each with a mock at the end of the subject.
Weeks 7–8
Chart reading under time pressure and re-drilling anything a subject mock flagged.
Honesty
Is this course for you?
A good fit if…
- CPL holders adding an instrument rating
- Pilots preparing for airline selection
- Anyone who wants the IR paper cleared inside two months
Probably not if…
- Pilots without a current licence and the required theory behind them
