2.1 The RAFSA e-Learning platform provides:

• Theoretical knowledge instruction
• Training support
• Examination preparation material

2.2 Training is delivered through:

• e-Learning modules
• Virtual classroom (webinar) sessions
• Blended learning methods, where applicable

4.2 Notwithstanding the above:

• Access to the platform does not automatically constitute enrolment in a full Part 141 approved training programme
• Completion of online training alone does not entitle a student to any licence, rating, or aviation privilege

4.3 Proof of training for SACAA examination purposes is subject to:

• Verification of training records
• Completion of required assessments

5.1 Students enroll for:

• A defined licence or rating stream; and
• A defined course duration or subject package

5.2 Course access is:

• Time-bound based on the selected package; and
• Limited to the subjects enrolled for

5.3 Access to training content will:

• Commence on the enrollment start date; and
• Expire at the end of the allocated access period

Students are required to:

• Provide accurate and complete personal information
• Ensure that all submitted information matches official identification
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Complete all training modules honestly and independently
• Comply with all RAFSA rules, procedures, and instructions

Any form of misrepresentation, dishonesty, cheating in assessments, or sharing of login access may result in:

• Immediate suspension of access
• Termination of enrollment
• Withholding of proof of training certificate

RAFSA reserves the right to:

• Verify the identity of any student
• Request supporting documentation
• Restrict or terminate access where identity cannot be confirmed
• Implement additional verification measures where required

8.1 Assessments conducted on the platform are used for:

• Training
• Progress monitoring
• Determining readiness for examination

8.2 These assessments:

• Are not SACAA examinations
• Do not replace official SACAA examinations

8.3 RAFSA may require:

• Minimum progress levels
• Minimum assessment performance
• Controlled assessments

before issuing any proof of training.

9.3 Certification does not:

• Constitute a licence or rating
• Guarantee examination success
• Replace SACAA regulatory requirements

9.4 Issuance of proof of training is subject to:

• Completion of training requirements
• Satisfactory assessment performance
• Compliance with RAFSA procedures

10.2 Student personal information will be:

• Collected lawfully
• Stored securely
• Used only for training, administration, and regulatory purposes

10.3 Student information may be disclosed to:

• SACAA
• Examination bodies
• Authorised regulatory or legal entities

where required for compliance purposes.

11.2 RAFSA is not liable for:

• Internet connectivity failures
• Power outages
• Third-party system failures
• Technical disruptions outside its control

12.1 All training material, content, and systems remain the property of:

• RAFSA; and/or
• ExamRevolution

12.2 Students may not:

• Copy
• Distribute
• Share
• Reproduce

any training material without prior written consent.

RAFSA shall not be held liable for:

• SACAA examination outcomes
• Licensing or rating decisions
• Student performance
• Misuse of training material

RAFSA reserves the right to suspend or terminate access, or withdraw certification or proof of training, in cases of:

• Non-compliance with these Terms
• Misconduct
• Fraudulent activity
• Breach of platform rules

By submitting the enrollment form and selecting the acceptance checkboxes, the student:

• Confirms that all information provided is true and correct
• Confirms understanding of the nature of the training provided
• Accepts these Terms and Conditions in full
• Agrees that this electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement
